It appears to me that the article is recent enough, but the focus was "observe mode help you climb the GvG ladder".
While I don't know why sin and rit are left out. I assume the article was pasted together from old article and a few new typing.

Read it carefully. He didn't use any double-negatives. That sentence makes perfect sense.

I would assume that Assassin was left out because it's a very niche profession, and Ritualist was left out because the profession is virtually non-existant in GvG.
I would also assume that he didn't point people to watch HA because you're not going to ever become a better player from watching HA matches. Unless, like, you don't know how to interrupt the ghost.
Ditto that for spike on spike. There's very little to learn from watching a spike team play.
Peace,

I've been on observer mode a lot lately, and rits are not even close to non existant... Heck... I saw a 6 rit/2 monk team in gvg the other day - granted, not for long though . Every bloodspike has em as well... Sins are far less prevalent. The article itself has nothing 'wrong' with it, but its just not valid to relate it to the current metagame at all.

Its kina sad how rits are pretty much ignored GvG wise. And from teh looks of the skills they're getting in Nightfall things aren't gonna look up for them much.

In 6 months, there will be no monk proffesion, remember that
EDIT: no offense to the little story he wrote, but how come his notes on observer mode sound awfully like master togo speaking?? "Look master togo, there must be over 10 enemies there, what a glorious battle it shall be!. WAIT, Yijo, watch how we can wait to see if the groups will seperate, you wait here ill draw some to us"

What is this heresy?! An NPC's job is to aggro every mob on the planet
edit: I've been seeing Assassins and Ritualists in GvG. I think we'll be seeing more flavours of Ritualists in the future too, or at least I hope so.

If you're facing for example a degen team and you Warriors are in the enemy backline pressuring Monks, I'm pretty sure it's a hundred times wiser to use that Heal Sig than to run back to your Monks for a heal. Overextended Warriors Heal Sig all the time.
